State Required Yearly Physical ALL 7th Graders who have not yet submitted their yearly school physical to the school, do so as soon as possible. If you are not sure please go to the nurse and find out if you need one, if you do not have one the district appointed doctor will be providing free physicals done by May 25th, 2023. To have your physical done by the school doctor, please get a consent form from the nurse signed by your parent / guardian, and return it to the nurse by may 23rd. The doctor will be here on may 25th, all students who have consent to be seen by the doctor needs to be in the school that day. Only students who have a physical on file by May 25th will not be allowed to return to school until an updated physical is provided.
