Girls Who Code Club – Advisor – Ms. Isseroff
Did you know that 7 million job openings in 2015 were in occupations that required coding skills and programming jobs overall are growing 12% faster than the market average?
Did you know that jobs that require coding skills pay up to $22,000, per year more, on average?
Did you know that in 1984, 37% of all computer science graduates were women, but now that number is down to 18%?
It’s time to change the computer culture! Join Lawrence High School’s new Girls Who Code Club, starting Tuesday, December 10th, after school in room 120. No previous computer knowledge is needed; just bring your Chromebook. See Mrs.Isseroff for more information.

Attention all students. Key Club will be having a meeting today at 2:45 pm in Mr. Mayo’s room, room 125F. Any students interested should attend. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask any club officers or Mr. Mayo.
Toys for Tots – Advisor – Ms. Kind

It’s that time of the year! So when you’re out doing your holiday shopping, don’t forget: Maria’s Toys for Tots!!
The Student Government, in conjunction with Maria Pullela, are collecting Brand new toys, coloring books/art supplies and stuffed animals with their tags still on, for children in the hospital. Donations can be dropped off in room 125E, Ms. Kind’s Room. See the flyer for up to date information!
Any toy, no matter how big or small is appreciated!!

TRI-M- Advisor – Mr. Batts
There will be a brief TRI-M officers meeting on Monday, December 9th. All TRI-M officers must attend.
